Indication: Weakness of Qi and Blood, mainly expressed as general weakness, exhaustion, irregular menstruation, chronic wounds and boils that are difficult to heal.
Action: Tonifies Qi and Blood, activates the production of Qi and Blood, warms Yang, strengthens the body in cases of weakness.
Symptoms: Fatigue, physical weakness, weight loss, wasting, stiffness, pale or sallow complexion, irregular menstruation, chronic menorrhagia (drip-like blood loss, spotting), poorly healing wounds and boils (furunculosis). Shortness of breath, dyspnoea, poor appetite, general sensation of cold, aversion to cold, weakness of the lower back and knees, memory impairment, blurred vision, hair loss, insomnia. Asthenia, debility, anaemia, neurasthenia, wasting diseases, asthenic states after chronic illness, surgery, childbirth or an exhausting treatment (chemotherapy or radiotherapy).
Tongue & Pulse: Pale tongue with tooth marks and a thin white coating. Fine and weak (XI-RUO).

Use
10–15 pills twice daily, preferably during or after meals.
