Action: Octo Form is a traditional Chinese formula used to clear Damp-Heat from the Bladder. This formula generally addresses acute urinary tract infections with symptoms of dark, painful and frequent urination. It may also be useful for cystitis, acute kidney infections, prostatitis and kidney stones.
