Indication: Recurrent colds (Wind-Cold Attacks), respiratory allergies and spontaneous sweating due to Defensive Energy (Wei Qi) Deficiency.
Action: Strengthens Defensive Energy (Wei Qi), tonifies Qi, consolidates the Exterior, stops sweating, prevents External Wind Attacks, anti-allergic.
Symptoms: Aversion to wind and draughts, recurrent colds, rhinorrhoea, watery clear nasal discharge, sneezing, cough with expectoration of white phlegm, watery eyes, spontaneous sweating. Cold limbs, aversion to cold, shortness of breath (occasionally), pale face, fatigue, reticence, reduced appetite, loose stools. Respiratory allergies, recurrent respiratory tract infections, hay fever, allergic rhinitis, recurrent colds, mild forms of bronchitis (especially in children), chronic bronchitis, asthmatic bronchitis, recurrent acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis with acute exacerbation, hyperhidrosis, hyperthyroidism, neurovegetative dystonia.
Tongue & Pulse: Pale tongue with slight tooth marks and a thin white coating. Fine and weak (XI-RUO), particularly at the Lung position.

10–15 pills twice daily, preferably 20 minutes after meals.
