Indication: Cough, asthma, expectoration of abundant white phlegm, a feeling of fullness and tightness in the chest, nausea, vomiting, stiffness, a heavy sensation in the body, diarrhoea, respiratory tract infections, Phlegm-Dampness in the body, respiratory problems, chronic cough.
Action: Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, regulates Qi and harmonises the Middle Burner.
Symptoms: Phlegm-Dampness blocking the Lungs, Spleen Dampness disturbing the Lungs, Shi Tan, Internal Phlegm-Dampness with Qi Deficiency, Wind Phlegm (Feng Tan).
Tongue & Pulse: Pale tongue with a white greasy coating, slippery or soft.

Use

10–15 pills twice daily, preferably 20 minutes after meals.
