Indication: Three Rheumatic Bi Syndromes (San Bi) due to Wind-Cold-Dampness Attack. Joint pain due to Liver and Kidney, Qi and Blood Deficiency.
Action: Dispels Wind-Cold-Dampness, addresses Bi syndrome, relieves rheumatic pain. Tonifies the Liver and Kidney, tonifies Qi and Blood.
Symptoms: Restricted mobility, painful joints, a paralysed sensation in the limbs, low back pain. Migrating pain, worsening of pain at night, stiff and weak limbs, muscle spasms, a general sensation of cold, aversion to cold and preference for warmth, cold hands and feet, vertigo, tinnitus, a pale and sallow complexion. Chronic rheumatic disorders, sciatica, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteophytes, lumbago, atrophy of the lower limbs, gonarthrosis, coxarthrosis, spinal osteoarthritis.
Tongue & Pulse: Pale tongue with a thin white, possibly moist coating. Slippery (HUA) or deep (CHEN), and fine and weak (XI-RUO).
This formula is also available as a liquid herbal tincture.
