Indication: Fatigue, asthenia, listlessness, dizziness, reticence, weak voice, pale complexion, shortness of breath (dyspnoea), poor appetite, weakness of the limbs, dysentery, diarrhoea, intermittent fever, aversion to cold, a heavy dragging sensation in the lower abdomen, uterine, anal or rectal prolapse. (Floating Yang fever or chronic low-grade fever due to Qi Deficiency).
Action: Tonifies Spleen and Stomach Qi, stops diarrhoea, raises sunken Yang Qi, strengthens the limbs. Addresses chronic low-grade fever.
Thirst for warm drinks, preference for warmth, slight spontaneous sweating, aversion to cold, mild chronic fever, tendency to adopt a curled-up posture, slight oedema of the lower limbs, weakness of muscles and limbs, muscle atrophy.
Peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, chronic gastritis, chronic enteritis, chronic colitis, hernia, visceroptosis, gastroptosis, nephroptosis, anal prolapse, uterine prolapse, rectal prolapse, functional uterine bleeding, leucorrhoea, habitual abortion, anaemia, haemorrhoids, varicosis, poor wound healing, leukopenia, urinary incontinence, persistent malaria, chronic gonorrhoea, fever of unknown origin, mild chronic fever, ephidrosis (profuse sweating) in wasting diseases, anorexia, weak constitution, immunodeficiency, neurasthenia, myasthenia, ophthalmoplegia, monoplegia, multiple sclerosis.
Tongue & Pulse: Pale tongue with a thin white coating. Deep, fine and weak (CHEN-XI-RUO).

Astragali Radix, Codonopsis Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Cimicifugae Rhizoma, Bupleuri Radix

Usage

Take 10–15 pills with water twice daily, preferably with or after meals.

Contraindications
